Destiny Petrowich, PA-C
Physician Associate
Destiny Petrowich is a board-certified Physician Associate at PremierU who graduated summa cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University with degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Chemistry, and later completed Southern Illinois University School of Medicine’s Physician Associate Program, where she was inducted into Pi Alpha, the national honor society recognizing exceptional academic achievement and leadership among PA students and graduates.
Destiny initially practiced family medicine but soon recognized her passion for preventative and regenerative medicine. She shifted the focus of her career to allow more time with each patient and to provide individualized wellness care. She now specializes in functional medicine and is dedicated to identifying the root causes of symptoms rather than masking them with medications. Destiny helps optimize health through hormone replacement therapy, obesity treatment, and thyroid management, and she advocates for patients to take an active role in their health through education, support, and guidance. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a top-voted medical provider in the community due to her compassion and dedication to her patients.
Destiny lives what she teaches, personally losing 65 pounds through PremierU’s weight-loss program. She offers real-life guidance and prioritizes making patients feel heard, comfortable, and informed throughout their treatment. She remains committed to offering the highest level of care to the patients of PremierU. When away from patient care, Destiny spends her free time outdoors, at sporting events, or engaged in home improvement projects.
DeeEllen White, RN, BSN
Practice Director
DeeEllen White is a Marion, IL native with over 20 years of nursing experience ranging from critical care to holistic wellness. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from John A. Logan College in 2005 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McKendree College in 2007. Her passion for nursing is rooted in the belief that compassionate care can change the course of someone’s life.
As Practice Director at PremierU, DeeEllen leads the clinic’s patient-centered approach to metabolic health and hormone optimization, empowering patients to make lasting improvements to their overall wellness. She is committed to building a clinic culture rooted in integrity, compassion, and patient success. She also supports and mentors the PremierU staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring they have the tools needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
DeeEllen has also achieved her own 50-pound weight loss through medication-supported weight management, hormone optimization, and thyroid management. This personal transformation fuels her passion for helping others discover what is possible and live their PREMIER life.
Outside of work, DeeEllen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She loves reading, boating, and creating family memories.
Cheyenne, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse
Cheyenne is a Marion, IL native who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SIUE in 2019. She has 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse and nearly a decade of experience in healthcare. Although she has worked in various clinical settings ranging from inpatient care to dermatology, her passion has always been helping patients leave her care healthier than when they arrived.
That same passion applies in her role as an RN at PremierU, where she assists with weight-loss therapy, IV infusions, lab draws, supplement guidance, and patient support. Her favorite part of healthcare is building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their wellness goals, and she loves the expanded opportunities that come from working in a functional wellness setting.
Cheyenne recently began her own weight-loss journey with PremierU and has already achieved an incredible 45-pound loss, with more progress ahead. Her personal experience gives her a unique understanding of our patients’ challenges, victories, and hopes.
Outside of the clinic, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, fishing, and reading.
Ashley C.
Medical Assistant
Ashley C. has over 18 years of experience as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant working in both surgery and family practice. Her favorite part of being a CCMA is building meaningful relationships with patients and watching their health and wellness improve over time.
Originally from Chicago, Ashley became a Southern Illinois resident in 2013 and has grown to love the small-town pace. She enjoys listening to music, attending concerts, and fishing. Her favorite place to be is with her husband and three children—whether they’re enjoying the outdoors or attending church at Whiteash Freewill Baptist.
Since October of 2023, Ashley has lost over 90 pounds with guidance from PremierU. Her personal approach has included weekly GLP medication injections, hormone replacement therapy, IV infusion therapy, and supplementation. Having experienced her own transformation, she is passionate about helping patients on their weight-loss journey and hopes to change lives the way PremierU has changed hers.
Ashley E.
Medical Assistant
Ashley E. has been in healthcare since 2019 and loves that medicine provides endless opportunities to learn and grow. At PremierU, she works side-by-side with our provider, Destiny, helping patients feel supported and confident as they begin their wellness journey. Known for her warm and welcoming personality, she has a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. She especially enjoys spending one-on-one time with patients to educate, encourage, and empower them.
Ashley has also completed a successful 70-pound weight-loss transformation through medication-supported therapy combined with thyroid management, supplementation, and IV infusion therapy. Her firsthand experience enhances her understanding of the patient perspective and strengthens her ability to guide others through similar journeys.
Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys crafting and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
Alysha, CNA
Certified Nursing Assistant
Alysha is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from Sesser, IL, who initially began her path in nursing driven by a passion for helping others. After starting a family, she took a different professional direction and built valuable experience in the banking industry, where she developed strong skills in customer service, organization, and problem-solving.
At the end of 2024, Alysha made the decision to return to the medical field after experiencing her own success as a PremierU patient, during which she lost 40 pounds through medical weight management and hormone replacement therapy. This experience deepened her appreciation for patient-centered care and reignited her passion for healthcare and service.
In her personal time, Alysha prioritizes family and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her interests include attending her children’s sporting events, following the NFL, throwing darts, and making lasting memories with those closest to her.
Autum
Marketing Manager
Autum serves as the Marketing Manager at PremierU, where she blends creativity and strategy to grow PremierU’s digital presence. She has owned her marketing company since 2018 and specializes in social media, website work, and digital advertising. In addition to marketing, Autum serves as PremierU’s Community Liaison, developing partnerships and outreach efforts throughout Southern Illinois. Her experience at PremierU has expanded her interest in medicine, and she takes pride in seeing how PremierU changes lives both online and in the community.
When she’s not immersed in marketing or community outreach, Autum can be found cooking in the kitchen or making memories with her husband and two boys, who keep life full and fun.
Melody
Client Services Associate
Melody serves as our Client Services Associate at PremierU of Marion and is often the first friendly face patients see when they arrive. She enjoys helping patients get settled, answering their questions, and ensuring visits run smoothly from check-in to follow-up.
Originally from Du Quoin, Melody brings five years of medical office experience as well as a strong administrative background. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and grandkids and staying active with her golden doodle, Jozie.
